The price charged for an order is the price displayed and accepted at checkout at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be accepted for fulfillment.

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request eligible changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because production may begin after this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once production has started.

8. Shipping

OrderCashier ships to supported international destinations.

Shipping availability, cost, and available services may depend on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Order quantity
  • Carrier availability
  • Fulfillment location

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 USD or more after discounts receive free shipping as described on our website.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

9. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based solely on customer preference after production has begun.

This includes situations such as:

  • Selecting the wrong size

This restriction does not remove our responsibility for eligible damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products.
